Equine Sessions

Sessions are not fixed protocols, but are shaped by the individual horse. The following offerings reflect common areas of focus.

Equine Massage & Bodywork

Each session is tailored to the horse’s current physical presentation and comfort level. Techniques are applied gently, with depth and pacing guided by the horse’s responses.

Sessions may incorporate soft-tissue techniques, myofascial work, acupressure-informed approaches, craniosacral-style techniques, and lymphatic support as appropriate—supporting comfort, mobility, and overall ease.

Equine Sports & Performance Support

Supportive bodywork for working, performance, and lesson horses. Sessions focus on muscular comfort, recovery, and promoting efficient, comfortable movement.

Equine Senior Care

Whole-horse sessions designed to support comfort, fluid movement, and overall well-being in aging horses.

Sessions are paced slowly and adjusted moment by moment, honoring changes in mobility, sensitivity, and energy while supporting ease, relaxation, and quality of life.

Animal Reiki / Energetic Stillness

A non-invasive, relaxation-based approach that supports settling, awareness, and calm presence.

This work is complementary in nature and is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or medical care.

FAQs

These questions are intended to help clarify what to expect from equine bodywork sessions. If you have additional questions or would like to discuss your horse’s individual needs, please feel free to reach out.

Rates reflect time, travel, and the level of support provided. Standard sessions are $90 - $130 per session, with adjustments based on location or multiple horses.

Sessions are guided by the horse’s needs and typically range from 45–75 minutes.

Horses may yawn, blink, sway, shift, lick and chew, or release tension in their own timing. Each horse responds differently.

Owners are welcome to observe quietly or participate as appropriate.

A quiet, low-distraction environment with safe footing is ideal.

Service includes Sacramento County and surrounding areas.

I do not diagnose medical conditions. Equine bodywork supports comfort and mobility but does not replace veterinary diagnosis or care.
