Small-group, hands-on workshops are available for horse owners and caregivers who want to better understand their horse and learn practical ways to support comfort and well-being between professional bodywork sessions.
Participants learn basic hands-on skills while developing observation, awareness, timing, and feel.
Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and typically range from 45–75 minutes, depending on the individual horse.
Time is not rushed. Each session allows space for the horse to respond and for the work to unfold appropriately.
Horses may yawn, blink, chew, shift their weight, lower their head, soften their posture, or simply become quieter during a session.
Every horse responds differently and at their own pace.
You're welcome to be present. Some owners prefer to observe quietly, while others step away.
We can decide what is most appropriate for your horse and the environment.
A safe, quiet area with good footing and minimal distractions is ideal.
Working in a familiar environment can help your horse settle and become comfortable with the session.
Services are available throughout Sacramento County and surrounding areas.
