Services

Hands-on bodywork for horses and equestrians. Sessions are offered on-site at your barn or facility and are tailored to the individual horse, rider, and current needs.

Equine Bodywork Sessions

Individualized hands-on support to encourage comfort, ease of movement, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Sessions may be appropriate for horses experiencing:

  • stiffness or tension
  • changes in movement or movement quality
  • compensation from regular workload or training
  • difficulty settling or relaxing
  • transitions in training or routine
  • general maintenance needs

Bodywork can be adapted for horses in regular work and training as well as senior horses who benefit from a gentler pace.

Each horse is approached as an individual, with time for pauses, adjustment, and natural responses throughout the session.

$120 | Approximately 60 minutes

Multiple Horses (Same Location)

For owners or barns scheduling more than one horse during the same visit.

$110 per horse

Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.

Bodywork for Equestrians

Bodywork sessions for riders seeking greater comfort, mobility, posture, and ease in their own bodies.

Sessions are tailored to the individual and may help address the physical demands and repetitive patterns associated with riding, barn work, and daily activity.

60 minutes | $150
90 minutes | $200

Workshops for Horse Owners & Caregivers

Small-group, hands-on workshops are available for horse owners and caregivers who want to better understand their horse and learn practical ways to support comfort and well-being between professional bodywork sessions.

Participants learn basic hands-on skills while developing observation, awareness, timing, and feel.

FAQs

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and typically range from 45–75 minutes, depending on the individual horse.

Time is not rushed. Each session allows space for the horse to respond and for the work to unfold appropriately.

Horses may yawn, blink, chew, shift their weight, lower their head, soften their posture, or simply become quieter during a session.

Every horse responds differently and at their own pace.

You're welcome to be present. Some owners prefer to observe quietly, while others step away.

We can decide what is most appropriate for your horse and the environment.

A safe, quiet area with good footing and minimal distractions is ideal.

Working in a familiar environment can help your horse settle and become comfortable with the session.

Services are available throughout Sacramento County and surrounding areas.

If you're unsure whether your barn or facility is within the service area, please reach out.

I do not diagnose medical conditions.

Bodywork is intended to support comfort, movement, relaxation, and overall well-being and does not replace veterinary care. If there are concerns about your horse's health, a veterinarian should always be consulted.

If you have questions about whether bodywork may be appropriate for your horse or would like to request a session, please get in touch.

Services are complementary in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace veterinary medical care.
